Susie Frantzich (fran-zik) is a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor of Hatha Yoga, and the founder of The Yoga Fix. Her association with Yoga Alliance allows her to teach yoga world-wide, and her “blended practice” approach allows students of any level to benefit from the strongest elements of the many diverse yogic pathways.

When confronted by the growing number of options; Ashtanga, Kripalu, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Iyengar, Restorative Yoga, etc, one may struggle with where to begin. Susie blends the best of these yoga practices to give you a well-rounded and educated platform to expand your practice at your own pace.

If you have little or no yoga experience…it may well be time for you to find out what all the talk is about, in the relaxed environment of Susie’s private home studio. If you have yoga experience…you already know that the best way to expand upon your practice is in small groups, receiving hands-on adjustments from an educated and vibrant instructor.

NEWS From The YOGA FIX

Prescription for YOGA! Check this out. Our star Yogini Sara Nelson has been healing her back with a 5 day a week practice. Her most recent check-up, which was scheduled as a pre-surgical exam, revealed that her herniated disc is actually repairing itself! No Surgery for Sara! Only an actual prescription for "more yoga".
